The staff was very cooperative and helpful, especially Mohammad Badraneh. Overall, the hotel was good, and the service met expectations.
− I was disappointed by the cigarette smoke smell in the room. Even the bathrobes carried the odor of cigarette smoke, despite being delivered sealed in nylon packaging. Additionally, the mini fridge in the room was not functioning properly and did not cool as expected.
