All staff was hospitality. reception staff, specially Mohammed and Yasmin. The administration has also flexible with the guests requirements.

The only good thing was the location. Poor cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms. No coordination with Booking.com — staff even said it was strange my reservation came from there. TV and room phone didn’t work. No cleaning or towel changes for the entire stay. Very disappointing.
− Unfortunately, my experience was below expectations. • Overall cleanliness was poor, especially in the bathrooms. • There was no coordination with Booking.com, and upon arrival, the staff said it was strange that they had an ad on Booking, even though I booked through it. • The TV was not working, and the in-room phone to contact reception was also out of service. • During our entire stay, no cleaning was done in the room and no towels were changed. Overall, the stay was disappointing, and I would not recommend it unless there is a clear improvement in cleanliness and services.

The hotel been advertised as 4 star , There is no restaurant or breakfast available, even if you you want to pay there is no kitchen
− The property is very old need argent modernisation Bathroom and shower do not work, WiFi is very poor and I could say it doesn’t work at all
