总体来说很好

房间干净整洁，工作人员耐心友好，会尽量满足我们提出的要求。酒店位置很好，位于新城区，所以周围基建比老城区好很多。对面有一家大型超市，物资很丰富。旁边有一家大型商场，有各种商店，3楼有很多餐厅

− 自来水有一种加了消毒剂之类的怪味。 因为在斋月期间，早餐是送到房间里来的，这点很好。但是早餐的样式不可选择，基本都是本地菜，作为外国人可能会不太适应，并且早餐没有配送牛奶之类的饮料

位置离CITY MALL很近，房间很大，员工都很友善，整体也是干净整洁的。停车也很方便。

Thank you to everyone, from the most junior employee to the manager. Especially the man who greeted me; I don't know his name, but he's from the Philippines. And the other man is Egyptian. I remember her name was Mina. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I liked the fact that the hotel was in close proximity to City and Mecca Malls and supermarkets. The neighborhood was quiet; staff were polite and helpful.

− There wasn't anything in particular that I didn't like. My overall stay was relaxing and enjoyed my time there.

My stay at this hotel definitely exceeded my expectations. I spent 6 nights here, and everything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were always kind, professional, and very helpful. I would especially like to mention both Mohameds, who were incredibly accommodating and always ready to assist me with anything I needed. The breakfast was very diverse and delicious, with a great variety of options every day. The beds were extremely comfortable, and everything in the hotel was spotlessly clean. The location is excellent, directly across from Mecca Mall, with very easy access by taxi to the city center and downtown. I would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.
